If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
* Items must be unworn.
* Items must be unwashed.
* Original tags must remain attached.
* Items must be returned in their original condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
For hygiene reasons, accessories, intimate items, customised products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
